«Digitalisation is dramatically changing everything around us. It affects also the relationship between citizens and Administration. The momentum is ideal to make this relationship evolve, but practice shows that magic formules do not exist. After analysing some short-term initiatives ca-rried our till now in Spain, this paper proposes a bet on classic and structural solutions, based on organizational and public employment reforms, taking into account some foreign experiences.»
